Biography A licensed physician, who started serving the residents of Datu Odin Sinsuat Municipality as a resident physician of its provincial hospital. When not on duty, he joined medical missions in the GIDA barangays of the same municipality. He was appointed as the municipal doctor and designated as the municipal health officer of Northern Kabuntalan.
