Benjamin Tupay Loong, born in Patikul, Sulu on July 4, 1954, youngest among nine siblings, belongs to a family that was always committed to the fulfillment of the age-old struggle of the Bangsamoro for enduring peace as aptly described in the Preamble of the Bangsamoro Basic Law.
