ATTY. NABIL ALFAD TAN is presently a member of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) and concurrent Deputy Speaker of BTA- Parliament. A native Tausug from the Province of Sulu, born last April 2, 1955 and taking up his studies at Philippine Muslim College (for Elementary) ; Notre Dame of Jolo ( High School) ; University of the East, in Manila (taking up BA Political Science, Bachelor of Laws) and continue his Masters Degree in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (Masters in Government Management.
