
Eduard U. Guerra
He is a member of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA), the interim government in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao and designated to be a member of the Philippine Congress-Bangsamoro Parliament Forum. Since the BTA’s inception in 2019, he sits as a the chairperson for the Committee on Finance, Budget, and Management (CFBM) as Chairperson.
